The compression pressure of each cylinder is measured separately. The pressure difference between cylinders provides critical information about the piston, rings, and valve condition. It is the most reliable method for detecting early wear.
While the engine is running, RPM, power output, oil pressure, and exhaust temperatures are monitored in real-time. The system behavior is analyzed comparatively under cold and hot operating conditions.
Fuel pressure, injector spray quality, and fuel consumption measurements are conducted. The source of excessive consumption and power loss problems is precisely identified.
The effectiveness of the cooling system is checked with thermal cameras and temperature measurement probes. Hot spot detection, thermostat opening temperature, and coolant flow are analyzed.
